We would like to inform clients whose LEI codes are managed by the Central Securities Depository that they may receive a notice from LEI24 requesting renewal of their LEI code via a link or QR code provided in the letter.
LEI24 is a registration agent for a foreign LEI service provider. If you renew your LEI through its website, management of your LEI code will be transferred to the foreign company Nasdaq CSD SE, without any customer support available in the Czech language. Furthermore, fees paid for multi-year contracts with LEI24 may not be refunded to you upon the subsequent transfer of your LEI code back to our management.
The information contained in the letter may mistakenly give the impression that LEI24 is located at the Prague Stock Exchange. This company has no affiliation whatsoever with the Prague Stock Exchange or the Central Securities Depository. The Central Securities Depository is the sole official provider of LEI codes from the Czech Republic.
