We would like to inform issuers that for the F45 service – Issue Statement, if the issuer selects the “Including data from the ESM” parameter, the CDCP will again verify the data as of the statement date against the current status of the data recorded in the ESM. As part of this service, we verify whether the relevant legal entity has beneficial owners registered.
