All documentation with the Central Securities Depository in connection with the dematerialisation (book-entry registration) of securities is concluded exclusively electronically. Therefore, all persons signing on behalf of the issuer must have a valid electronic signature (qualified certificate) or BankID Sign. All contractual documentation intended for issuers and administrators is available after logging into the My Depository application. Amendment on the Registration of New Issues

Here you can view the text of the Amendment on the Registration of the Issue in the Central Register – shares / bonds, or the text of the Amendment on the Registration of the Issue in the DLT Register – shares / bonds. By this amendment, the issuer specifies the issue that is registered (dematerialised) in CDCP.

Here you can view the text of the Amendment On The Registration Of The Number Of Dematerialised Securities or the text of the Amendment On The Registration Of The Number Of Dematerialised Securities in the DLT Register. By this addendum, the issuer specifies the issue that is registered in the Central Register or the CDCP DLT Register.
